The University ID card is the main document granting the right to use the Library Services, and a confirmation of the agreement between the Library and the reader/user on the use of Library Service and defines the responsibility of the reader for the Library Services and Library’s property. The registration/re-registration of readers/users is carried out at the beginning of each calendar year through the subscription. The lack of a re-registration deprives the reader/user of the right to use the Library resources in all parts of the University.
If a KBTU employee leaves the university permanently or goes on long term leave (a business trip, the academic holiday, etc.) she/he is obliged to return all the borrowed materials to the Library.
Readers/users are:
1) Users are not allowed
For violation of prohibition to transfer the ID card to other person or to use someone else's ID card for use of Library;
2) For safety of the received printing and audiovisual editions;
3) For observance of the requirements during the Library visit. Bringing food or bags to the Library is prohibited; Users are advised not to enter the Library in outerwear.
4) The use of mobile phone is not allowed in the Library.
5) For observance extreme care when using the Library property, equipment, technical facilities, software and other information carriers
6) For the observance of the requirements for the security regulation during the work on computers;
7) For the observance of the rules of conduct in public places (to be polite to employees and visitors of library,
