The main benefit of accreditation for our students is to expand employment opportunities and increase their competitiveness in the international labor market.

The Master's program in Financial Analysis Business School is the only program in Kazakhstan and Central Asia officially recognized by the CFA Institute, USA. The training program is structured so that undergraduates receive the knowledge that is necessary to pass the CFA exam. The university also provides grants to its best students for passing the CFA exam.

All undergraduate programs have received international accreditation from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Obtaining this accreditation allows our graduates and students, upon registering with ACCA, to receive exemptions from examinations that cover the knowledge and skills they have acquired during their studies. This makes it possible to obtain an international qualification in a shorter time frame.

Also, all undergraduate programs are internationally accredited by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). This speaks primarily of the high level of training of graduates. Cooperation between the Business School and CIMA allows our students to advance faster in the development of qualifications, gain an understanding of international standards of the profession and ensure high chances of employment.

Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU) became the first Kazakhstan university to receive international accreditation in the United States for computer majors. The most reputable American accreditation agency ABET听 has officially confirmed successful accreditation of KBTU in all computer majors. Recognition by the ABET means compliance with the quality standard set in the United States for professional education. Now since August 1, 2011 all graduates with IT diplomas of KBTU will have equal rights with graduates of Western universities in recruitment or continuing education in any country of the world.鈥� International accreditation of KBTU in the U.S. was preceded by successful participation of the university in the world programming championship in Orlando. KBTU shared 27th place with Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Tokyo University, being ahead of Princeton and Seoul Universities, Indian Technological University and Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
