The Scientific Library of the Kazakh-British Technical University and Data Express LLC jointly held another international scientific and practical webinar 鈥� 鈥淢egaPro School鈥�, which brought together more than 120 representatives of university libraries from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
The main topic of the event was the new version of the Automated Integrated Library System (AILS) 鈥淢egaPro鈥�. The company鈥檚 specialists presented the updated functionality implemented during 2024鈥�2025.

Particular attention was paid to the integration of artificial intelligence services GigaChat and DeepSeek, as well as modern web technologies and cloud-based solutions aimed at increasing library efficiency and developing new digital services for readers.
The practical experience of implementing the new version of AILS 鈥淢egaPro鈥� at KBTU鈥檚 Scientific Library was presented by R.S. Akhmetova, Head of the Library Technology Automation Sector.
The webinar concluded with a Q&A session, during which Kazakhstani colleagues shared their experiences of operating the 鈥淢egaPro鈥� system in their institutions.
The event generated great interest among participants, who highly appreciated Data Express鈥檚 achievements in developing and improving the 鈥淢egaPro鈥� system.
