On November 25鈥�26, the 3rd Republican Student Chemistry Olympiad LUKOIL.PetroGames 2025 took place at the main campus of KBTU. The event was organized by the KBTU School of Chemical Engineering and LUKOIL Lubricants Central Asia.

The Olympiad brought together 76 students from 9 universities across 3 cities. A total of 120 students registered, 93 confirmed participation, 76 attended, and 30 advanced to the second round.
Participants completed speed testing, solved advanced-level chemistry problems, and demonstrated knowledge in chemical engineering and petrochemistry. The event strengthens cooperation between industry and universities, providing students with career development opportunities.
