A solemn award ceremony dedicated to the professional holiday of the oil and gas industry took place at Akorda. President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the employees and veterans of the oil and gas sector, emphasizing their significant contribution to the development of the national economy.

Special recognition was given to Doctor of Technical Sciences, Honorary Professor of the Kazakh-British Technical University, Raushan Gaisiyevna Sarmuzina. For her outstanding achievements in science and education, as well as her contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists for Kazakhstan’s oil and gas sector, she was awarded one of the country’s highest state honors - the Order of 'Parasat'.

For many years, Raushan Sarmuzina has dedicated herself to scientific and teaching activities, being a recognized expert in the field of petroleum engineering. Under her guidance, hundreds of students and specialists have been trained, who today make a significant contribution to the development of Kazakhstan’s energy sector.

The Head of State noted: “The hard work and dedication of every employee in the oil and gas industry contribute to the prosperity of our country.”
