On May 16, the Kazakh-British Technical University hosted the opening of the XI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Development of the Uranium and Rare Metal Industry" dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Ulba Metallurgical Plant JSC to the subsidiary of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
The conference will last until May 18, and on the first day it has already gathered about 1,000 participants, including leading experts in the nuclear industry from around the world, to discuss topical issues and challenges for the development of the uranium and rare metal industry.
