KBTU has completed the planting of 485 trees in the city
On April 30, KBTU completed the planting of trees, which the university had been carrying out for a year. Trees were planted around the university building on Tole bi and around the KBTU dormitory as part of the "Taza Kazakhstan" campaign.
The Kazakh-British Technical University conducts environmental and charity events on an ongoing basis, taking an active part in the public life of the city of Almaty. Taking care of green spaces is one of the main tasks of the university. The university operates a "green office", where technological solutions are being developed to improve environmental friendliness.
Within the framework of the "Zhasyl Aimak" week, more than 330 thousand seedlings have already been planted throughout the country, more than 500 parks and squares have been landscaped.
